We hit the road at 10 AM, right on schedule. First stop on the journey was at the VA cemetery to visit Mom and Dad and let them know we were on our way. We know they would have loved to see us head off on this journey and Mom would have loved to come along. As always she will be with us in spirit.
Other than a slight GPS glitch that took us to the wrong Park entrance the trip went really well. The Toyota tows great, the weather was perfect and we arrived at Rainbow Springs State Park in Dunnellen, Fl at 4:30 about 300 miles.
