September 9 and 10 Mashpee and Hyannis

Parked at Bev and Ed's

The backyard is like a park.  The setting is so serene and lovely.  Bev has a wonderful green thumb, as do most everyone I've met on Fred's side of the family.  I am so envious.

The winner of the Ameria's Cup in Rhode Island is stored at the Wianno Yacht Club.  We couldn't get in for a closer picture because of a wedding going on.  GREAT location for a wedding.  The harbor was beautiful.

The John F. Kennedy Memorial

The flag is at half mast in honor of 9/11.  There were all kinds of tributes to 9/11 around, it was very moving.

Fred's father had this as one of his accounts.  Still there and still going strong.  You can look right through the front to the back on to Vineyard Sound.  This is located in a section of Mashpee known as New Seabury.

Ed entertained us one evening.  What an amazing voice and what was so sweet was that he played and sang a song he had written for Bev for their wedding.  It was so ROMANTIC!!
